Refund & Cancellation

Refund, CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT AND SUBSTITUTION POLICY

1. Delegate Substitution Policy

You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES.

2. Customer Cancellation & Refund Window

  • Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 3 days of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 60 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.

    • For payments received by credit or debit cards, the refund will be credited back to the same card.

    • For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee’s nominated bank account.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the event that TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid.

  • This credit can be used for another TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES event, to be mutually agreed upon.

  • The credit must be used within one year from the date of the event cancellation.

4. Event Postponement

In the event that TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid.

  • This credit can be used for another TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES event, to be mutually agreed upon.

  • The credit must be used within one year from the date of the event postponement.

5. No-Refund & No-Credit Exceptions

Except as explicitly specified in the clauses above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any other circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event.

TOP HOUSE CONFERENCES shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that a conference is cancelled, rescheduled, or postponed due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather, or other emergencies.
